Report on Fire Safety For The 2023 - 2024

On the morning of May 14, 2024, Tiny Flower Montessori (TFMS)  warmly welcomed the Fire Safety and Rescue Inspection Team in accordance with Official Document No. 1348/CAQ-PCCC issued by the District 7 Police Department. This was not merely a procedural inspection but also an opportunity for the school to affirm its sense of responsibility and unwavering commitment to the safety of its students – the delicate flowers being nurtured and cared for here.

Dedicated to Building a Safe Learning Environment

At Tiny Flower Montessori (TFMS) , safety is always the top priority—not just as an obligation but as a mission. Every action and decision in management and organization stems from the deep love and care for the children. With thorough preparation and dedication, the school presented comprehensive records on monitoring and managing fire safety and rescue activities.

The inspection team conducted a detailed review, covering both documentation and on-site assessments. The findings were as follows:

  • The school has met fundamental requirements and complied with current fire safety regulations.
  • The school’s leadership demonstrated a strong commitment through regular safety inspections, proper maintenance of fire prevention equipment, and effective management of safety systems.

These positive remarks not only reflect the collective efforts of the entire school staff but also highlight their steadfast dedication to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for the children.

Recommendations and Future Directions

The Fire Safety and Rescue Team emphasized that to maintain and build upon these achievements, the school should continue to comply with the requirements outlined in Article 5, Decree 136/2020/ND-CP. This serves as a guideline to ensure that all conditions for fire safety are comprehensively met.
