Report on the School Health Inspection Activities for the 2023-2024 Academic Year

In accordance with Plan No. 6148/KH-BCĐ dated October 27, 2023, issued by the People's Committee of District 7 regarding the implementation of school health activities for the 2023-2024 academic year, and Plan No. 7257/KH-UBND dated November 30, 2023, on the inspection of school health activities, on the morning of January 25, 2024, Tiny Flower Montessori Kindergarten welcomed the school health inspection team.

Commitment to a Safe and Healthy Learning Environment

At the start of the working session, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hoài Thu, the school's healthcare staff member, provided a detailed report on the implementation of school health activities. The report reflected not only thorough preparation but also the collective responsibility of the school staff in maintaining and improving a safe and healthy learning environment for the children.

The inspection team conducted an on-site assessment and reviewed various aspects, including:

  • Facilities: The health room is well-equipped with first-aid tools and ensures cleanliness.
  • School healthcare: Comprehensive health records are maintained in compliance with regulations.
  • Student care: Regular health check-ups for students are conducted effectively.
  • Environmental hygiene: Classrooms are safe, well-lit, and foster a green, clean, and beautiful environment.
  • Food safety: Menus are scientifically designed with balanced nutritional portions, and food samples are stored as per regulations.

Feedback and Recognition from the Inspection Team

During the session, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thùy, Head of the Food Safety Department at the District 7 Health Center, commended the efforts of the school’s leadership, healthcare staff, and teaching staff. Key highlights included:

  • Professionalism and responsibility in school healthcare management.
  • Effective collaboration among departments to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
  • Successful implementation of boarding services, ensuring student health and nutrition.

With these efforts, the school achieved a score of 97.5 points, earning a classification of "Excellent." This remarkable achievement underscores Tiny Flower Montessori Kindergarten's dedication to safeguarding the health and safety of its students.

Future Development Directions

The school leadership expressed heartfelt gratitude to the inspection team from the District 7 Health Center and the Department of Education and Training. The school staff collectively pledged to:

  1. Maintain and enhance the quality of school healthcare services.
  2. Ensure facilities consistently meet safety standards.
  3. Foster a spirit of unity in building a loving and protective learning environment for the children.
