Step 2: Completing Enrollment Documents and Trial Week

• Enrollment Forms: Obtain the enrollment forms from the school or download them from our website and complete all required information.
• Required Documents:
  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
  • Medical records (vaccination record, recent health check-up report).
  • Child’s ID photo (if required).
  • CT07 identification confirmation document.
