The Montessori 2 curriculum is designed with the participation of foreign teachers, where their teaching sessions are scheduled during either half of the morning or afternoon session. This distribution not only helps children effectively absorb knowledge but also maintains their focus and interest in lessons. Additionally, interaction with foreign teachers provides children with opportunities to naturally and flexibly familiarize themselves with international language and culture, ensuring alignment with Montessori educational philosophy, helping children develop comprehensively in an interactive and creative learning environment.

 

  1. PREFERENTIAL POLICIES
  • Direct discounts will be applied when parents pay fees quarterly (3 months) at 3%, or by term (6 months) at 4%, or annually (12 months) at 10%. These discounts only apply to main tuition fees. Day boarding service fees and bus service fees (if using the service) are calculated based on the fees payable after deducting other benefits (if any).
  • Parents with more than one child studying at Tiny Flower receive the following preferential policies:
  • Main tuition fee: Second child studying at the school receives a 5% discount, third child onwards receives a 10% discount.
  • Bus service fee: Siblings using bus service for home pickup and drop-off to the same school location receive a 30% discount for the second child, remaining students are charged according to the point-to-point rate.
  • Fee for new students’ one-week trial period: 2,000,000 VND
  • Students enrolling in any particular year will be subject to that year’s tuition fees, and annual tuition fees may change, increasing by no more than 10%.
  1. OTHER FEES
  1. Uniform Fee
  • New students must purchase complete uniform sets and pay fees along with enrollment tuition.
  • Current Tiny Flower students can purchase individual items without being required to buy complete uniform sets for the new academic year.
  • Uniform fee: 2,980,000 VND/set including:
  • Male/female 1 yellow uniform set and 2 sports sets, backpack, mattress, bed sheet, blanket, pillow, dirty clothes bag, blanket and pillow bag.
  1. Day Boarding Service Fee
  • Day boarding service fee includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, light meals, and day boarding care service at school.
  • Day boarding service is mandatory for all students.
  • Day boarding service fees may change during the academic year (if there are) significant market fluctuations in food prices, with 30 days notice before implementation.

School Development Fee

  • School development fee is an annual fee, applicable to both current and new students.
  • School development fee amount: 4,500,000 VND/academic year.
  1. School Bus Service Fee
  • Bus service fee varies depending on specific route address (fee to be announced later).
  • The school provides bus service with two options: home pickup/drop-off and point-to-point service.
  • Bus service is an optional service arranged according to parents’ wishes and school’s capacity.
  • The school only provides two-way bus service; if students use one-way service, the fee is calculated at 2/3 of the two-way rate and charged for the full month as per regulations.
  • For new registration/change of service type/change of pickup-drop off location, parents need to register information at the office 7 days in advance for route arrangement.
  • Bus service fees may change during the academic year if there are significant market fluctuations in fuel prices, with 30 days notice before official implementation.
  1. After-hours Student Care Service Fee
  • Parents needing after-hours care for students outside official school hours can register and pay the following after-hours care fee, which is settled monthly.
  • From 17:00-18:00: Fee: 100,000 VND/hour.
  1. Experience Activities and Field Trip Fees
  • The school organizes annual extracurricular activities to help students gain practical experience.
  • Experience activity fees will be determined according to each actual program.
  1. Learning Materials Fee

Learning materials fee is an annual fee, applicable to both current and new students. This fee covers personal learning materials as follows:

  • Scissors, button folders, stickers, glue, various papers, pencil sharpeners, craft paper, erasers, etc.
  • Various fruits, vegetables, flowers, bananas, strawberries, sandwiches, tangerines, etc.
  • Wood polish, shoe polish, sponges, chalk, watercolors, crayons, clay, etc.

Learning materials fee is 2,500,000 VND/academic year. Students enrolling in Term 2 will pay 50% of the annual fee.

Fee for English Language Enhancement and Vietnamese Language Enhancement book set … VND/year.

  1. Saturday Extracurricular Program

Parents interested in Saturday classes can register at the fee of: 300,000 VND/day. Learning time is from 8:00 to 16:00.

  1. PAYMENT DEADLINES AND METHODS
  • For current Tiny Flower students:
  • Quarterly payment (three months) deadline is the 5th of each quarter,
  • Second term payment (six months) deadline is December 5, 2024.
  • New academic year payment deadline is May 31, 2025;
  • For new students enrolling in academic year 2024-2025, payment deadlines must follow school announcements.
  • If the school has not received tuition and related fees after the specified payment date, due fees will automatically increase by 0.05%/day of delay on the unpaid amount, and parents are responsible for paying this additional amount.
  • Parents paying fees after the specified time will not receive direct quarterly (3%), term (4%), or annual (10%) discounts as per section (II).
  • In case parents do not pay fees as regulated, the school has the right not to assign class placement.
  • Parents need to clearly understand their payment responsibilities; any delay in the school’s payment reminders reaching parents for any reason does not postpone the responsibility to pay student fees as regulated.
  • Parents can pay tuition and other fees through one of the following methods:
  • Bank transfer to school account.
  • Direct cash payment at the admissions office.
  • E-Banking payment through Sacombank’s banking application.
  • Visa card payment with card processing fee based on card type (4%…).

V. FEE REGULATIONS FOR STUDENT WITHDRAWAL/RESERVATION/DISCONTINUATION/FORCE MAJEURE CASES

  • When students withdraw/reserve/discontinue studies, in all cases, parents need to complete information forms at least 15 days before the official withdrawal/reservation/discontinuation date. This regulation applies to all new students enrolling and current students at Tiny Flower.
  • Fees for official student withdrawal/reservation/discontinuation:
  • Tuition fee: will be calculated until the official withdrawal/reservation/discontinuation date as per above regulations (regardless of whether the student attends school or not). Parents are responsible for paying full tuition to the school within 05 days of receiving the school’s notice. In cases where parents have paid tuition in advance for quarter, term, or full year, the school will refund any remaining tuition (if any) calculated according to specific remaining percentage (in the tuition table of enrollment documents).
  • When students take leave and request reservation in their original class, parents need to maintain tuition payments throughout the reservation period. In cases where parents do not pay tuition, the school has the right to place students in a different class based on available spaces when the student returns.
  • Day boarding service fee: will be calculated until the student’s last day of attendance, and parents are responsible for paying full fees to the school as regulated. The school will refund any excess fees (if any).
  • School development fee: non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
  • Uniform fee is only refundable in cases of student withdrawal/discontinuation and the refund amount corresponds to uniform items not yet received.
  • Experience activity fees are refundable in cases:
  • Student withdraws/discontinues before the new academic year begins.
  • Student does not participate in experience activities for the entire term and has submitted a pre-approved application by the Board of Directors.
  • Bus service fee: will be calculated from 15 days after parents’ notification (regardless of whether the student attends school or not). Parents are responsible for paying bus service fees to the school within 05 days of receiving Tiny Flower’s notice. In cases where parents have paid bus service fees in advance, the school will refund any remaining fees (if any).
  • Any remaining amounts (if any) will be refunded to parents within 30 days from receiving parent’s bank account information or the student’s last day of attendance, depending on the actual timing.
  • In force majeure cases, fee collection or refunds will be announced by the school based on actual circumstances at that time.
